About Your Professional Trainer
Manuel Dias
With over 25 years of experience in technology and a strong passion for artificial intelligence, Manuel Dias is the National Technology Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Microsoft Portugal, driving technological vision and innovation nationwide.
Manuel is also an Invited Professor at NOVA IMS and at Instituto Superior Técnico in the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence areas.
In 2018 he co-founded and is currently Vice-President of the Data Science Portuguese Association (DSPA), and in 2019 he founded the Power BI Portugal community, with more than 5.000 members.
He holds a degree in Electrotechnical Engineering and Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico(IST), a Master’s in Information Systems from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG), a certification in Applied Generative AI from MIT, a certification in Business Strategy from INSEAD and achieved several academic and professional certifications in the IT field.
